The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.95 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 36.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 36.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.86 per cent at Rs 266.32 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 264.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.01 per cent to Rs 35.17 crore from Rs 37.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 89.63 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.64 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.30 per cent to Rs 236.37 crore as against Rs 226.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.40 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 2.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 172.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.27 per cent at Rs 11.20 crore (Sep'24 Rs 11.17 crore).
