The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 58.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.12 per cent at Rs 20.92 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.83 per cent to Rs 20.80 crore from Rs 16.53 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 36.84 per cent to Rs 0.12 crore as against Rs 0.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 49.57 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore
