The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 105.69 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 78.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 34.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.38 per cent at Rs 5,292.58 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4,289.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.22 per cent to Rs 5,078.25 crore from Rs 4,088.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 20.07 per cent at Rs 51.15 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 42.60 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.36 per cent to Rs 214.33 crore as against Rs 201.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.83 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 28.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 54.75 crore, while Taxation increased by 28.69 per cent at Rs 35.26 crore (Sep'24 Rs 27.40 crore).
