The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.04 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.54 per cent at Rs 19.74 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 32.64 per cent to Rs 17.19 crore from Rs 25.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 264.71 per cent at Rs -0.28 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.07 per cent to Rs 2.55 crore as against Rs 2.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 26.44 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.64 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.61 crore).
