The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.19 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 30.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 237.79 per cent at Rs 307.46 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 91.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 321.33 per cent to Rs 238.98 crore from Rs 56.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.66 per cent at Rs 5.94 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 12.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 99.65 per cent to Rs 68.48 crore as against Rs 34.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 40.90 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 14.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 76.10 per cent at Rs 17.17 crore (Sep'24 Rs 9.75 crore).
