Quadrant Televentures Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated November 5, 2025, regarding consideration and dissemination of Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 on November 12, 2025 is being postponed due to unavoidable circumstances to November 14, 2025.
