The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 103.47 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 114.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.85 per cent at Rs 530.37 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 520.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.25 per cent to Rs 395.26 crore from Rs 368.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 11.42 per cent at Rs 41.18 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 36.96 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.22 per cent to Rs 135.11 crore as against Rs 152.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.83 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 10.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 25.40 per cent at Rs 46.06 crore (Sep'24 Rs 36.73 crore).
