The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.12 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 19.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.03 per cent at Rs 35.47 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.62 per cent to Rs 31.19 crore from Rs 36.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 15.69 per cent at Rs 1.18 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.93 per cent to Rs 4.28 crore as against Rs 3.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.27 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 38.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.86 crore
