The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.86 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.16 per cent at Rs 13.89 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 40.23 per cent to Rs 13.28 crore from Rs 9.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 714.29 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 67.89 per cent to Rs 0.61 crore as against Rs 1.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 73.76 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 19.44 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.36 crore).
