The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.29 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2430.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.74 per cent at Rs 40.36 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.31 per cent to Rs 35.95 crore from Rs 39.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 6.96 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14600.00 per cent to Rs 4.41 crore as against Rs 0.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13562.50 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 75.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 227.27 per cent at Rs 1.44 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.44 crore).
