Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we submit herewith outcome of the Board Meeting held on 7th November 2025, which among other things - approved the unaudited financial results of the company (Standalone and Consolidated basis) for the quarter ended 30th September 2025 alongwith Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors of the company.
