The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 42.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.92 per cent at Rs 381.03 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 349.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.23 per cent to Rs 309.72 crore from Rs 286.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 21.82 per cent at Rs 7.37 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.05 per cent to Rs 71.31 crore as against Rs 63.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.91 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 5.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.97 per cent at Rs 16.85 crore (Sep'24 Rs 14.53 crore).
