The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.17 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 73.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 28.65 per cent at Rs 55.12 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 77.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.05 per cent to Rs 42.42 crore from Rs 41.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 85.71 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.49 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.96 per cent to Rs 12.71 crore as against Rs 35.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 49.51 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 73.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 77.33 per cent at Rs 1.95 crore (Sep'24 Rs 8.60 crore).
